Day | Schedule |
---|---|
1 | Meet your crew at Penn’s Landing, just a stone’s throw from the airport on Beef Island. Once you have had a delicious welcome cocktail and you have had the chance to get settled on your yacht, your crew will set sail across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to The Baths in Virgin Gorda. Once your crew have tied up to a mooring ball there will be time for a swim and then your first delicious dinner on board your yacht |
2 | It is time to explore The Baths. They are huge, house-sized boulders literally piled on top of each other. And you can take paths around the boulders to explore lots of little bays. Take your snorkelling gear and explore the coves, or head on over with the kayak or SUP around these great rock formations. After you have had time to explore, you will sail towards Neckar Island. Stop at the Dog’s on route for lunch as s we head up to Gorda Sound and we will then head ashore for cocktails and back to Nemo for dinner on board. |
3 | Another really fun sail today as you set sail for Lee Bay on Great Camanoe and then Guana Island. These are two beautiful spots to swim and snorkel and for walking along long sandy white beaches. Dinner will be served on your yacht. |
4 | What could be better than a day spent snorkelling and exploring sandy islands with palm-fringed beaches and turquoise waters! Perhaps a cheeky cocktail or two! Your anchorage today will be Great Harbour on Jost Van Dyke home of the famous Foxy’s Beach Bar and if you want I am sure your crew will be happy to show you the Soggy Dollar at White Bay. |
5 | This morning you will sail to the Indians, a wonderful snorkelling area. These rocky pinnacles rise high above the water surface. You will get to see lots of coral gardens and tropical fish and if you are up for it you can also snorkel through the 15-foot underwater tunnel! Then ashore sail over to the Bight at Norman Island for an evening meal ashore if you like and some cocktails at Willy Ts! |
6 | After breakfast, we will sail to the Wreck of the Rhone for a refreshing snorkel. This is an amazing wreck snorkel experience – not to be missed, especially when snorkelling through the air bubbles from the divers below. Afterwards, we will sail to Cooper Island for our last meal ashore and perhaps some rum tasting! The bar here has over 250 rums for you to choose from! |
7 | We will sail back to Trellis Bay, giving you a chance for some final sailing practice. You will be ready to head to the airport from 12:00 (12 PM). |
?s | Want to extend your trip? Add in a few extra days and include the wonderful island of Anegada and taste the best lobster ever at The Wonky Dog. Interested in booking this sailing trip? All your questions related to our yacht charters can be found on our Crewed Charter Booking Process Page. |
Fish | Please note that most yachts are not permitted to fish in the British Virgin Islands. This is due to local restrictions in marine regulations that have been put in place to help safeguard the fish population. We know your crew will be able to bring you places where you can snorkel and see the fish in their natural habitat. However, if fishing is important to you, please tell us and we may be able to work with the yacht crew to get a fishing permit. |
Note | Information about airports and airlines can be found on each of the island destination pages. Further information relating to all our crewed yacht charter is available on the FAQ pages. |
